Close enough to the Gulf to give you beach access yet secludes you from the hustle and bustle of the beach scene. All condos have fully equipped kitchens. Most with washer/dryer and microwave. NO SINGLES UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE ALLOWED UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY PARENT. A $25 - $55 CLEANING FEE APPLIED TO ALL RESERVATIONS BASED ON ROOM SIZE. THERE IS A $5.00 CHARGE FOR PARKING PASSES. $200.00 DAMAGE DEPOSIT AT CHECK IN IS REQUIRED. $15.00USD CANCELLATION FEE.
