The Lagoon Legends golf course, designed by Bob Vonhagge and Bruce Devlin in 1985, has been rated the second most challenging course in the United States by the United States Golf Association. Although not located beachfront, the sugar white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a ten minute drive from the resort while the Grand Lagoon of St Andrews Bay is within walking distance. Dolphin encounter cruises, charter fishing and watercraft rentals are available at the lagoon's marina.
